Where do you source your ingredients from?

To ensure that our supplements are effective and environmentally responsible, we only use high quality ingredients that are traceable. All of our products are made in the UK with the exception of poo bags which are made in a fair trade factory in China. Our treat and grooming ranges are made in small batches using locally sourced ingredients.

Are all your products vegan?

Most of our products are 100% plant-based, meaning they do not contain any animal products. The supplement range is certified vegan by the Vegetarian Society UK. A few of our treats contain ethically sourced, organic ingredients such as cheese and livers, added for the benefit of your pets.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the UK is free on all orders of £30 and above. Subscriptions always come with free shipping.

Otherwise it's a flat rate of £4 for shipping to UK mainland and £5 for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to all of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Can your supplements be taken with prescription medication?

Yes, all our supplements can be taken with most prescription medicines. Please check with your vet or contact customer service if unsure.

What to look out for when first adding the supplement(s) to your dog’s diet

Like any dietary change, adding Onbord’s supplements can cause a mild digestive upset and your dog may need time to adjust to the new dietary elements. If necessary, stop and reintroduce again at a very low dose, building up to the suggested amount.

Why don’t you have a puppy range?

Onbord is a plant-based, high quality supplement formulated with qualified nutritionists using largely natural ingredients with absolutely no nasties or fillers. It is therefore suitable for dogs of all ages.

Why should my dog take a multivitamin?

Like us, most of our dogs’ diets do not provide for all of their nutritional needs. DHA, for example, is an essential omega-3 fatty acid which is commonly under-consumed. On top of that, a multivitamin helps to support a dog inevitably exposed to everyday stressors like environmental pollutants.

Onbord’s multivitamins help dogs who are usually fit and healthy to boost their nutrition and support their long-term health. They complement all diets without running the risk of overdosing - a real issue in today’s world of varied diets and supplementation.

Is the joint booster only for older dogs with joint problems?

Certainly not! It is important to be proactive about your dog’s joint health and supplementing before they reach their senior years and before you notice a decline in their joint health is vital.

How does the subscription work?

Join our subscription by choosing either the everyday multivitamin or senior multivitamin according to your dog’s weight category. Enjoy the same 15% off any booster products and add-on any essential products, all of which will be delivered with your chosen multivitamin based on the delivery frequency.

5 days before your subscription renewal, you will receive a reminder email about an upcoming shipment. Feel free to adjust your plan before it is processed!

How do I update my plan?

You can edit or pause your plan by first logging in to your account then amending accordingly. If you require any assistance, email hello@getonbord.com and we’ll be happy to help.

How often do you deliver?

This is according to your dog’s weight and delivery frequency as per your subscription.

Is there a penalty for cancelling my subscription?

No, it is free to cancel anytime. If you have an order processing which you don’t need, you will need to contact customer service to prevent it from being shipped. Unfortunately once it’s been shipped, we will not be able to recall the order.

That said, please contact customer service first to discuss if there is anything we can do to keep you. If you have too many products, you can always pause or skip a delivery.

How much can I save?

Subscribe and save benefits include 15% off and free standard shipping to ensure that you never run out of supply for your pet.

Subscriptions renew automatically but are fully flexible and can be cancelled at any time.

How and when is payment taken?

You will be charged based on your delivery frequency.

What happens when I go away or on holiday?

Please stay Onbord! Take our supplements with you or to dog boarding so that your dog continues to enjoy that nutrition boost and support. However if you wish to pause your subscription, just log in to your account to do so or get in touch with customer service for help.

Can your packaging be recycled?

All of our packaging is recyclable.

What do you use to package your products?

Our products are packaged in a range of materials best suited to the item they are protecting. Most of our packaging is paper, some are in fact recycled paper, but all of them are recyclable.
